Thursford Teddy Bear Picnic

Went along to the Teddy Bear Picnic yesterday at The Thurford Collection and had a great day. My little girl simply adored the bears and demanded hugs from all of them!! I was amazed at the old fairground rides they have, the walls are decorated with vintage and antique fairground signs, horses,  railings and moulding. They were simply stunning. Thank goodness I have a tiny home otherwise it would probably be the start of a new collecting frenzy!

Sheringham on Sunday

A Wonderful Sunday spent at Sheringhams Crab and Lobster Festival. The sun was shining, the Morris Dancers were dancing  and the town was buzy. It was great. It was also the first time little sophie had seen the seaside for real. Not one to be afraid of anything she dashed straight to the sea for a paddle.

All that sparkles!!

I love this bracelet so much.  It was originally sold to me years ago by a lady that had owned it. it was black and the design on it only just visible.  I fell in love with it at first sight (I have a bit of a thing for bangles!) She was upset because her local jeweller wanted to buy it but was going to melt it down and she couldnt bear to see it distroyed. Sadly due to my ever expanding bangle collection its time to let some go, and I just know there is a good home for it out there somewhere.......

Is it only me?

Find it very difficult parting with my Vintage Treasures!! Thank goodness Etsy is full of lovely buyers so I know they are going to a loving home.

Thanks for reading......

Thank you for taking the time to red my blog.  I am very lucky to have a understanding husband that puts up with my total obbsession and addiction to all things vintage and handmade. I owned a b&m vintage store a few years back, it was my pride and joy but unfortuntely soaring overheads made it impossible to continue. I have now relaunched Vintage Attic on etsy and so far loving it.

Please take the time to check out my etsy items x
